Warranty Period  We Think Storage warrants that its products are free from defects in design, material, and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Claims made after this period will not be covered.  2. Scope of Warranty  This limited warranty applies exclusively to purchases made directly from We Think Storage or its authorized retail partners. Third-party marketplace purchases may have different coverage. For inquiries about these purchases, please contact the seller directly.  3. Return and Refund Policy  If you're not fully satisfied with your product purchased directly from We Think Storage, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund (or a gift card equivalent if applicable), subject to the conditions below: - Packaging: Return the product in its original packaging and box. - Alternative Packaging: If you no longer have the original packaging, you may use your own, provided it protects the product during transit. We reserve the right to reject returns that arrive with damage due to inadequate packaging, which may also void the warranty.  4. Third‑Party Retailer Returns  Purchases from authorized third-party retailers must be returned through the retailer’s established return processes. We Think Storage does not accept returns directly for products bought through these channels.  5. Product Registration (Optional Recommendation)  Although not required, registering your product by emailing your purchase details (product name, date of purchase, place of purchase) to [email protected] can expedite any future warranty or service requests.  7. Limitation of Liability  This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy for covered defects, and We Think Storage is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. The warranty terms do not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.  8. Governing Law  This warranty is governed by the laws applicable at the time and location of the purchase.
